Shipping policy

all of our products are hand made in our new york city studio and will ship within approximately 2-7 days after the order is placed depending on the season. given the nature of our made to order production, lead times can vary and we cannot guarantee delivery times. once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

domestic :

orders placed within the united states will ship via ups free of charge and will typically arrive within 1-3 business days. all orders ship with tracking information provided by ups. 

we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. 

please make sure all shipping information is written correctly as we cannot re-route packages.

international :

international orders ship via ups and will typically arrive 1- 2 weeks after being shipped. all orders ship with tracking information provided by ups. 

orders shipped to canada will be charged a flat $20 and mexico will be charged a flat shipping rate of $50, the rest of the world a $30 rate. customers are responsible for custom and import duties implemented by your country. please check rates before ordering.
