all of our products are hand made in our new york city studio and will ship within approximately 2-7 days after the order is placed depending on the season. given the nature of our made to order production, lead times can vary and we cannot guarantee delivery times. once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
orders placed within the united states will ship via ups free of charge and will typically arrive within 1-3 business days. all orders ship with tracking information provided by ups.
we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

international orders ship via ups and will typically arrive 1- 2 weeks after being shipped. all orders ship with tracking information provided by ups.
orders shipped to canada and mexico will be charged a flat shipping rate of $25, the rest of the world a $30 rate. customers are responsible for custom and import duties implemented by your country. please check rates before ordering.

it is very important to us that you have a pleasant shopping experience and that you are completely satisfied with your mischa lampert purchase.
if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept unused and undamaged, full-priced merchandise back within 7 business days of the delivery for exchange or store credit only. please note we cannot offer refunds. to begin this process please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return and one of our team members will get back to you as quickly as possible. a store credit will be issued in the amount of the item(s) purchased plus applicable tax. shipping and handling charges are not included and are non-refundable. in order to receive your exchange or store credit, the merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received. we will not accept merchandise that has been worn or used. in such cases the merchandise will be returned to the customer. we appreciate your understanding of our unique, hand made to order products.
custom hats :
at mischa lampert we love to create custom pieces for our customers. however, orders consisting of personalized color combinations cannot be returned or exchanged as they are unique to the order. if you would like to adjust your order after it has been placed but before the piece has been made (eg. different wool color, pom, or straps), please contact us as soon as possible. we will try to accommodate as long as the product has not already been made or shipped.
at mischa lampert we immensely value the artistry of how our goods our made. if your shipment appears to be damaged, please notify us within 3 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review to see if the merchandise is able to be fixed or exchanged.
if you incur damages at any time after purchase including general wear and tear please get in contact with us by emailing email@example.com. depending on the nature of the problem we may be able to help, particularly with de-pilling after years of wear. charges may apply. we value sustainability and our customers and want your pieces to look amazing for years to come.
